How It Works
Know each step before you send.

From choosing networks to checking your receiving wallet, here is how an exchange works. ERVEX automatically compares eligible integrated providers, selects a quote and tracks orders; it does not hold exchange funds. The selected provider handles the deposit and payout.

Preview your quote. Execution is restricted.

No registration is needed to request or view an automatically selected quote. Public swaps are not yet available. A displayed rate does not unlock order creation or provide deposit instructions.

Founder test login is a separate, restricted sign-in for authorized testing—not public registration or a requirement to get a quote. The steps for creating and funding an order below apply only to eligible, authorized tests while the public lock remains in place.

From selection to receipt

Six steps. Check the details at each one.

  1. Choose what you send and receive

    Select the crypto you want to send and the crypto you want to receive. Check the exact network on both sides: a network is the blockchain used to move that asset. The same token name does not mean the same network.

    Before you continueYour sending wallet must use the selected send network, and your receiving wallet must support the selected receive network. USDT is currently supported only on TRON (TRC20).

  2. Enter an amount and get a selected quote

    Enter how much you want to send. ERVEX compares valid, eligible quotes from integrated providers in the background—not every exchange in the market—and automatically selects the best available quote. No provider comparison list or manual provider selection is presented. Review the estimated receive amount, the rate type, any disclosed charges and the provider’s amount limits.

  3. Check your receiving and refund wallets

    Use a receiving address for the exact asset and receive network. If a refund address is required, use one you control that supports the asset and network you are sending. A refund address is a return destination if a refund is arranged, not a refund guarantee.

    Before you continueCheck the full addresses after pasting. Include any required memo or destination tag. Never share a seed phrase or private key; ERVEX does not need them.

  4. Create an order only when eligible

    Public order creation remains unavailable during early access. Only separately authorized Founder tests can create eligible orders, subject to the current route and safety checks. Signing in alone does not make every quote executable.

    Before you continueReview the selected provider and order details. If creation is blocked or fails, stop. A quote, preview or error screen is not an order and is never a reason to send funds.

  5. Send only to the real provider deposit

    For a successfully created, authorized order, use only the real provider deposit address shown in that order’s deposit instructions. Send the correct amount on the exact send network, with any required memo or tag, and follow any displayed deposit deadline.

    Before you continueCheck withdrawal fees so the amount arriving matches the order’s required deposit amount. Do not send to example addresses, old orders or an address supplied in an unsolicited message. If the instructions are missing, expired or unclear, do not send.

  6. Track the exchange and check receipt

    Keep your order tracking link and ERVEX reference private. Follow the order status as the provider detects your deposit, processes the exchange and sends the output. Check the receiving wallet on the selected network and review the payout transaction when available.

    Before you continueTiming depends on the blockchain and provider; there is no guaranteed completion time. If a status is delayed or an order needs attention, do not send again. Contact Support with your reference and transaction details, never wallet secrets.

Common mistakes

Pause when something does not match.

Same token, wrong network

Do not select a network just because its fee looks lower. A matching token name or a valid-looking address is not enough. Wrong-network transfers can lead to permanent loss.

Wrong amount or missing tag

Sending less after withdrawal fees, rounding the deposit amount or omitting a required memo can prevent correct processing. Follow the actual order instructions, not a previous quote.

Sending before an order exists

Never fund a preview, reuse an old deposit address or send again to fix a delayed status. Stop if an order is blocked or expired, and ask Support before taking another action.

An informed decision

Understand the risks, too.

Providers may restrict jurisdictions, review transactions or request identity verification (KYC). No ERVEX registration does not mean no provider verification. ERVEX does not collect verification documents. Provider and blockchain risks still apply.
