What is a smart crypto aggregator?+
ERVEX compares quotes from integrated exchange providers in the background for your chosen assets, networks, amount and rate type. It automatically selects the best available eligible quote at the time of the request. You review the selected quote; no provider comparison list or manual provider selection is presented.
Does “best rate” mean the entire market?+
No. Comparison covers the integrated providers that return a valid quote for your request, not every exchange in the market. The best comparison quote may differ from the best route currently eligible for execution. Rates and availability can change.
Does ERVEX hold my crypto?+
No. A deposit for an authorized exchange goes to the selected provider, which processes the swap and sends the output to your wallet. ERVEX does not hold exchange funds. Provider and blockchain risks still apply.
Which network should I choose?+
The receiving wallet must support the exact network shown in the exchange form. USDT is currently supported only on TRON (TRC20). An address on another network can result in permanent loss.
Are rates and fees guaranteed?+
Floating outputs are estimates and may change. Fixed quotes are subject to their validity and provider terms. Review the quoted output and any disclosed charges before proceeding; network costs and provider conditions may affect the final result.
Can an exchange require identity verification?+
Yes. A provider may restrict jurisdictions, review a transaction or request identity verification under its policies. ERVEX does not collect verification documents. Never share your seed phrase or private key.
Can I swap right now?+
ERVEX is in early access. Public order creation remains unavailable; only separately authorized Founder tests can create eligible orders. A displayed quote is not confirmation that execution is available.
